		<description>Where was the communication at the National Tourism and Communications Forum?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It seems very strange that such a forum was conducted without greater fanfare before the event. And what a shame that the event was not blogged or &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/groups/afterwilma/"&gt;flickered&lt;/a&gt; in real time!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Journalists need more timely information if we are to cover this region in a responsible manner.</description>
